If you tell them how to make animations then I guess im not sure (correct me if im wrong @reg). But you can’t make art without telling people how to do it and/or wiki for other people to make art (thumbnails, etc.)

Guide on how to make something using somethin like prop art? Yes since it directly pertains to gkc

Guide on thumbnails? No cus does not directly pertain to gkc

Let me answer your question:
No, you can’t make an animation guide in any category without explaining how to do it. Otherwise, you’re just showing off your work, which is not allowed. So if you do show an animation, please give a detailed explanation (preferably companioned with pictures) on how to do it. But in the future, ask questions relating to GKC only, please.
