So idk if many people know but a game called “Alter Ego” Forsaken/DBD based game is in alpha and since its better i want to make it here and just take a break from the other games im making!
Basically the things I have is the overall system with a round timer where you DONT need to restart the game! (Crazy right)
Things im looking for is dif Egos (Hunters) and runners
Dont make them to op please!
Egos can have 2 abilities, ultimate, and 1 passive
Runners can have 1-3 abilities and 1 passive
ALSO a custom max amount of health. Cant be over 120
Trust me its not a crazy WIPE from progress all that happens is after round ends channel “Reset” Checks what tasks were complete and resets them. Sets everyone to team 3 aka lobby team. AND resets the round timer restarting the game cycle and i also made it so the same map cant be picked twice.
Yes BUT im making the tasks a little dif
Task types are selected depending on who is the hunter
And yes if all tasks are finished an exit does open
The first “If” Sees if the seconds is lower than 10 and adds a 0 in the tens place of the seconds
the second “if” Checks if the tasks are at 0 and if so it swaps out “Round Timer” with “ESCAPE:”
The third “if” Checks if the seconds are below 0 AND if tasks are at 0 and if so it adds as 0 in place of tens in ones place and swaps out “Round Timer:” with “ESCAPE:”
I’m not really in the Forsaken/DBD Fandom BUT…I do have SOME knowledge of those games ,I can make some ideas for things like Lore and characters for the Egos and runners(I REALLY want to do lore)
I can see you like to make lore (i was reading your BIO) when someone comes out with an idea for a runner or an Ego I will ping you! but for now you can make lore for the game overall if you wish
ALRIGHT SO FOR THE LORE:Since of the name “Alter Ego” I was thinking like in forsaken how like all of the characters are in forsaken because they " had a terrible accident" well instead of like dying they came to the “Alter Ego” verse by becoming a diff gim based on their trauma ,EX:A average Joe can turn into a new person cause of like of like a fire or something like that. This can also apply to their powers too.Maybe there can be a person who is like the Spectre and be like the person In charge of the realm OR a even Better idea,There is a asylum where the “Spectre” has a group of scientists that put them(the Egos/Runners) in a arena that they use for experiments and track their health and insanity ( which is really important in this game). Sometimes the Egos/Runners insanity get high enough that they start hallucinating and go to the realm where they see the person they’ve become. that’s all I have FOR NOW. Can’t wait to add some more ideas
