How many votes do you need to go into the nomination phase? Or is it like the people with the most votes make it there. Idk

I think itās only one for nomination, and then just however many for final vote. One vote wonāt get you far in the long run, though.

So, how do I win? Like who nominates me? How do other people tell that I made a game? Do people randomly vote games in discovery?

If someone plays a game and believes it should win in a certain category, they nominate it. Sometimes itās random from Discovery, other times they found it in someoneās bio.
Anyone can nominate someone.
People donāt vote you in particular, but if they enjoyed a map that happens to be yours, they vote for the map, not you.
As for art, thatās pretty much chance as to whether someone has seen enough of your gimkit-themed art to want to nominate you for the fanartist category.

Pretty much you need to have a good amount of nominations, like a general consensus.
You win by having people vote for you. Anyone can nominate you. Telling people that you made a game would be advertising is fine, but donāt tell them to vote for your game. No, they donāt have to be random, but they should be published.
