I am pleased to announce the beginning of the 2026 Gimkit Awards!
This is the FAQ for this years awards, and your one stop shop for your Gimkit Awards questions to be answered!
Please read the entire post before asking any questions. Thanks!
To get started, I would first like to apologize for the delays of last years awards. We had many internal struggles that disallowed us from providing a timely event, but I am happy to say that we have a new and dedicated team this year. Our 2026 team includes @UglySonic47, @T_Sonic54, @thatonebee, @yawn, and myself. Please reach out to any one of us if you have questions.
To ensure we finish the awards in a timely manner this year, here is a timeline of the event, from start to finish:
- Nomination Form: Opens on February 10th, and closes on February 17th.
- Final Voting Form: Opens on February 19th, and closes on February 26th.
- Winners Video Announcement: Will release between February 27th and March 4th.
All top 3 placements from last years awards are disqualified for this year’s awards. If this applies to you, you will not be able to win an award this year.
