[ 1/10 ] Mini guide: How to Make a Custom Stride on a Counter

How to Make a Custom Stride on a Counter

Have you ever wondered how to make your counter skip-count?
Or count by threes?
Well, you can do all that with this simple guide!
Step 1: Triggers and Counters šŸ”¢

First, get a counter.
You probably already have oneā€¦

Now, the amount of triggers you add is essentially just how much you want your stride to be. (eg. if my stride was 3, Iā€™d add 3 counters.)
Now, just make your triggers trigger the channel to count your counter when you want them to count. Itā€™s just that easy!

Thatā€™s all! Thanks for taking the time to read my guide! Have a nice day foruming! I hoped this helped your games a tiny bit!

Oh, and also, canā€™t we just use a trigger loop that triggers a max of 3 times to save memory?

I supposeā€¦ but if you want to count it again, that would not work.

Yeah, but we use a different counter that once It reaches 3, it disables the trigger loop, it will still be able to be reactivateable later.

Oh that makes senseā€¦

Its so we can include the difficulty of a guide in our 1st impression.

I donā€™t know what to say. Well, I do, but I donā€™t want to say it.
I guess Quack will know what this means. Onion. Itā€™s so hard to stay here for more then ten minutes and not get addicted. Itā€™s toxic and horrible and amazing and wonderful.

The forums exist, but minus a duck now.

Bye.
